*Wabi-sabi, in the tradition of Japanese aesthetics, is a worldview centered on accepting transience and imperfection. The aesthetic is sometimes described as appreciating nature's “imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete” beauty.
This newly remodeled casita is ready for you!
It’s a lovely 2 bd/1 ba with a pull-out sofa, kitchen, and workspace. The property has a pool, palapa with BBQ and eating area, and ample inside parking behind a gate.
It is .5 miles from Potrero Beach and is surrounded by many amenities, such as a brewery with great beer 😉, restaurants, grocery stores, and excursion companies. You can easily be in the area without renting a car and have everything you need.
We are 45 minutes – 1 hour and 15 minutes from Liberia airport, depending on your route.
We are “selective” about guests. LOL! Working professionals, retired, no young children, and no animals (we have two dogs). Bottom line? The purpose of our space is to:

Monthly Rates:

November through April: $2500 (all inclusive) – considered “high season.”

May through October: $2000 (all inclusive) — considered “low season.”
*We prefer a one-month stay and are open to long-term rental.
*Housekeeping can be added for $25 per visit.

Payment Information:
We request an initial payment of 50% of the monthly fee upon booking to confirm your reservation. This ensures that your desired dates are secured exclusively for you. The remaining 50% will be due upon your arrival, streamlining the payment process for your convenience.
Payment Options: We accept payments through Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal, offering flexibility and security for your financial transactions.

The casita was perfect for the two months I stayed.
I had everything I needed: space to work and exercise, a beautiful pool, and a hop, skip, and a jump to the beach.
It’s a great walking neighborhood with a nice, inviting community and good restaurants. The beaches and sunsets were fabulous!!!
I already miss the morning walks and being greeted by Ferdinand and Cousteau.
